Frequently Asked Questions

Does this modify my theme code?
It uses Shopify's Theme App Extension system, which adds a block to your theme without modifying your theme files directly. You can enable/disable it from the theme editor.
Will I see rich results in Google immediately?
Rich results depend on Google's processing. After deploying structured data, it can take days to weeks for Google to crawl and display rich results. Use Google's Rich Results Test tool to verify your markup is valid.
Do I need all 8 schema types?
No. Enable only the ones relevant to your business. Most stores benefit from Organization, Product, Breadcrumb, and FAQ schema at minimum.
Can I use this with other structured data apps?
Be careful not to duplicate schema types. Having two Organization schemas, for example, can confuse Google. If you're switching from another app, disable duplicate schemas first.
