Frequently Asked Questions
Why do my shared links show the wrong image?
Social platforms cache OG data aggressively. After updating your OG tags, use Facebook's Sharing Debugger or Twitter's Card Validator to force a refresh of the cached preview.
Does this conflict with my theme's OG tags?
Most Shopify themes include basic OG tags. Our extension adds enhanced, more comprehensive tags. If you see duplicates, you can disable OG tags in your theme's settings.
What is the ideal sharing image size?
Facebook recommends 1200×630 pixels for link shares. This is the standard that works best across all platforms including LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
