Affiliate Policy

This Affiliate Policy governs the terms and conditions of the wRanks Affiliate Program operated by OhMySaaS ("we", "us", "our"). By participating in the program, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.

1. Program Overview

The wRanks Affiliate Program allows approved partners ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new paying customers to wRanks products, including the SEO AI Booster Shopify app and the AI Visibility platform at console.wranks.com.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
• Have a website, blog, social media presence, or email newsletter relevant to e-commerce, Shopify, SEO, or digital marketing.
• Not engage in spamming, misleading advertising, or any unethical marketing practices.
• Not bid on wRanks brand terms (e.g., "wRanks", "wranks.com") in paid search campaigns.

3. Commission Structure

Approved affiliates earn a 25% recurring commission on all subscription payments made by referred merchants for the lifetime of their subscription, subject to the following conditions:

• Commissions are tracked via a unique affiliate link provided upon approval.
• A 90-day cookie window is used to attribute referrals.
• Commissions are calculated on the net amount (excluding taxes, refunds, and chargebacks).
• Self-referrals are not permitted.

4. Payment Terms

• Commissions are paid monthly, on or around the 15th of each month, for the prior month's confirmed earnings.
• The minimum payout threshold is $50 USD. Balances below this threshold roll over to the next payment period.
• Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer (for qualifying regions).
• Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes on their earnings.

5. Referral Attribution

• A referral is attributed when a user clicks your unique affiliate link and subsequently installs and subscribes to a paid plan within the 90-day cookie window.
• If a user clears their cookies or uses a different device, the referral may not be attributed.
• In the event of conflicting referrals, the first-click attribution model applies.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

• Use misleading, deceptive, or false advertising to promote wRanks products.
• Offer unauthorized discounts, coupons, or cashback incentives.
• Engage in cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or other fraudulent tracking methods.
• Bid on branded keywords (e.g., "wRanks", "wranks SEO app") in paid search or display advertising.
• Send unsolicited emails (spam) containing affiliate links.
• Create websites, domains, or social accounts that impersonate or could be confused with wRanks.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause. Common reasons for termination include:

• Violation of any terms in this Affiliate Policy.
• Fraudulent or suspicious referral activity.
• Inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

Upon termination, any unpaid commissions above the minimum payout threshold will be paid within 30 days. Pending commissions below the threshold are forfeited.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Affiliate Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active affiliates at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use wRanks logos, product images, and marketing materials provided in the affiliate portal. These materials remain the intellectual property of OhMySaaS and may only be used for the purpose of promoting wRanks products within the affiliate program.

10. Limitation of Liability

wRanks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program. Our total liability is limited to the amount of unpaid commissions owed to the affiliate.
