What is a credit?
Each AI field optimization uses 1 credit. Blog articles and AI Mentions checks use more, depending on their size.
Do credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Credits you buy separately never expire.
How does the free trial work?
Every paid plan starts with a 3-day free trial. You approve the charge in Shopify, and you are not billed if you cancel during the trial.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time, from the Subscription page in the app. The change takes effect as soon as you approve it in Shopify.
Which AI assistants does AI Mentions check?
ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Meta AI, DeepSeek, Mistral and Grok.
Will it change my store without asking?
No. You review AI suggestions and choose what to save. Structured data is added through a theme app embed you can switch off at any time.
Which languages are supported?
The app is available in English, Arabic, French, German, Portuguese and Spanish, and writes SEO content for the languages published on your store.
